Built for the people who make festivals happen.
Organizers work all year for one weekend. They shouldn't have to hand 3 to 5% of every ticket, and their patience, to tools that don't understand festivals.
The origin story
Eventasaurus was born backstage. Our crew has spent years on the front lines of festivals: building their websites, wiring up their ticketing, and keeping the tech alive when the gates open. Yoga festivals, film festivals, multi-day gatherings with dozens of presenters, a volunteer check-in crew and thousands of attendees juggling their own schedules.
From back there we kept seeing the same thing. Organizers pour a year of work into a few days, then hand a real slice of every ticket to a platform. Many won't touch the big ticketing sites on principle, and the festival tools left over feel like fossils: slow, clunky and stuck in another era. Organizers don't like their options. Some of them truly hate them.
Ticketing had been overrun by giants feeding on every sale. So we hatched something with sharper teeth: powerful enough for a film festival's screening schedule, simple enough to set up in an afternoon, and priced like software, 1% per order, not like a partner taking a cut.
Big bite for fees. Gentle with everyone else.
Why 1% is enough
Ticketing fees of 3 to 5% are a relic, built to feed sales teams, ad engines, and shareholders. Modern infrastructure simply doesn't cost that much.
1% with a $1 minimum covers our costs and keeps our incentives honest: we only earn when you sell, and we earn more only when you do.

What we believe
Your money is your money
Ticket revenue flows directly into your Stripe account. We never hold your funds, float on your cash, or stand between you and your payout.
Attendees are guests, not leads
Your attendee list belongs to you. We don't resell data, spam your community, or bolt ads onto your festival pages.
Software should feel as good as the festival
Organizers spend hundreds of hours in their ticketing platform. It shouldn't look like a spreadsheet from 2011 or fight you at every step.
Real people, straight answers
No ticket queues routed through three departments. When an organizer emails us, someone who builds the product answers.
We're in our pilot season
We're opening Eventasaurus to a small group of festivals and events first, and shaping it around their real box offices, real schedules, and real festival-day chaos. If you run a festival or event and want white-glove onboarding (and a direct line to the people building your ticketing platform), we'd love to talk. Setup is on us for pilot festivals, up to a $499 value.
