About Eventasaurus

What is Eventasaurus?

Eventasaurus is ticketing for festivals and events. You can sell tickets to a single concert, class or workshop, or run a multi-day festival with a schedule, passes, presenters and reservations. It also handles check-in at the door, emails to your attendees, add-ons and merch, and widgets for your own website. The schedule and the ticketing live in one place, so there is nothing to sync between two tools.

How much does it cost?

One platform fee: 1% of the order total, with a $1 minimum, charged once per order, not per ticket. A $200 order with four tickets pays $2. Free orders pay nothing. There is no setup fee, no monthly plan and no contract.

Who pays the 1% fee, me or my buyers?

You do, as the organizer. Your buyers pay exactly the ticket price you set, with no added service fee. Our fee is taken out of the payment automatically when the sale happens.

What about Stripe's card processing fee?

Card payments go through Stripe, which charges its own processing fee per payment (current rates are at stripe.com/pricing; international cards cost a bit more). That fee is separate from ours and is deducted by Stripe before your payout. We don't mark it up or add anything on top. Many organizers simply build it into their ticket prices.

Is the fee higher for add-ons or merch?

The 1% applies to the whole order, including add-ons, with the same $1 minimum. Cash sales at your Merch Booth carry no platform fee.

Do I get the fee back if I refund someone?

Yes. When you refund through Eventasaurus, our fee goes back to you. A full refund returns the whole fee, and a partial refund returns the matching share. If you refund from your own Stripe dashboard instead, our fee is only returned if you tick "refund application fee" there. Stripe's own processing fee is governed by Stripe's terms and is usually not returned.

Does the price change for big events?

No. The rate is the same 1% for a 300-person retreat and a 5,000-person film festival.

Getting started

How do I sign up?

  1. Go to eventasaurus.app and click to create an organizer account (eventasaurus.app/signup).
  2. Enter your organization name, your email and a password (at least 8 characters, with a number).
  3. Click Create account.
  4. Open the confirmation email we send you and click the link. That creates your organization and signs you in.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

What's the difference between an Event and a Festival?

An Event is one show: a concert, class, workshop or screening, with its own page and its own tickets. A Festival is a multi-day program with a schedule of many sessions, venues, presenters, passes and reservations. In your dashboard they live separately: Events and Festivals in the left menu.

How do I create a single event?

  1. In the dashboard, click Events in the left menu, then Create Event.
  2. Fill in Event name, what kind of event it is, the Date, Starts and Ends times, Time zone, Venue and Address.
  3. Under Tickets, add a ticket name, Price ($) and Quantity. Leave the price empty for free tickets and the quantity empty for unlimited.
  4. Click Create event.

It's saved as a draft. Publish it when you're ready.

How do I create a festival?

  1. In the dashboard, click Festivals in the left menu, then Create Festival.
  2. Enter the Festival Name, the type (Wellness, Film, Music or Other), Start Date, End Date and time zone. You can add a logo, banner and brand color under Branding.
  3. Click Create Festival.

Then add venues, presenters and sessions from the festival's menu. The festival type changes the wording, for example "Presenters" and "Classes" for wellness, "Films" and "Screenings" for film.

How do I publish my event or festival?

Open its Overview in the dashboard and click Publish, then confirm. Until you publish, the public page is only visible to your team. You can unpublish a festival from its Overview later.

Can I see my page before I publish?

Yes. On the Overview, click Preview page (single events) or Preview site (festivals). While you're signed in, you can see your own draft pages. After publishing, the same button reads View live site.

What's my public web address?

Your pages live at eventasaurus.app/your-organization/your-event. The exact link is behind Preview page or View live site, and single events have a Copy ticket link button on the Overview.

Can I show my flyer instead of a banner photo?

Yes, for single events. Open Page & branding in the left menu and under Page style choose Flyer, then upload your flyer. It is shown whole, never cropped: on a computer it sits on the left with the event details and tickets beside it, on a phone it comes first at full width. Any shape works (4:5, letter size or square); 4:5 at 1600 × 2000 looks sharpest. Your banner, if you have one, is still the picture people see when the link is shared on Facebook or in a text. Switch back to Hero banner any time.

Can I sell tickets to an online event (Zoom, Meet, a livestream)?

Yes. When creating a single event, tick Online event and paste your Join link (you can add it later), plus any Joining instructions like a passcode. For a festival session, the same box is under the venue on the session form. The public page says "Online" and shows each visitor the start time in their own time zone. The link is never on the public page: it goes only to people with a ticket, in their confirmation email, in My Tickets, and in the day-before reminder. Online tickets don't need a QR code or door check-in. If you change the link, ticket holders see the new one in My Tickets right away; use Messages to tell them.

Can my attendees see my event in Spanish or French?

Yes. Every festival and event page has a language menu (the globe, showing English, Español or Français) in the menu and footer, and anyone whose phone is set to Spanish or French sees that language automatically. Buttons, checkout, the Stripe payment page, My Tickets and every email to that buyer (confirmation, reminder, schedule change, cancellation) come in their language. Your own words (descriptions, bios, session titles, refund policy) show as you wrote them until you translate them (see the next question). Your dashboard has the same language menu at the bottom of the side menu.

Can my own descriptions and bios be translated too?

Yes, free. Open Translations in the left menu, pick Spanish or French, and click Translate. In a few seconds your festival description, refund policy, session names and descriptions, session types, tags, bios, ticket types, passes (with what's included), add-ons and venue accessibility notes are translated. Read them over: any box can be changed by hand, then Save. When you're happy, turn on Show Spanish to visitors (or French). Until then visitors see your English.

You don't need to wait until everything is finished. Translate whenever you like: each click only sends what's new or changed. If you edit your English later, that piece shows in English again (so visitors never see an old version) and is marked English changed; click Translate to update just those. Translations you fixed by hand are kept unless you tick Also redo the ones I edited by hand. People's names, venue names and addresses stay as you wrote them. Emails still use your English text for now. There's a generous daily limit per organization (enough to translate a big festival many times over); if you ever hit it, it frees up within 24 hours, or email support@eventasaurus.app.

Can you set up my event for me?

Yes. Go to Settings and use Invite Eventasaurus to set this up. Tell us about your event and share your schedule or spreadsheet. We build everything as a draft, you review it and publish when you're happy. It's a one-time flat fee we quote before we start ($49 to $499 depending on size), and free for pilot festivals. Inviting us creates a key named "Eventasaurus setup team" under Settings → API keys; revoke it any time and our access ends.

Getting paid

How do I connect Stripe?

  1. Go to Settings in the left menu.
  2. Under Payments, click Connect Stripe Account.
  3. Stripe opens. Sign in with your Stripe login, or create a new Stripe account, and fill in your business details, bank account and ID.
  4. When you finish, Stripe sends you back to Settings.

You need this before you can sell paid tickets. Free events work without Stripe.

Settings says "Stripe is reviewing your information." What do I do?

Nothing, just wait. Stripe checks new accounts, usually within minutes, sometimes longer. When it approves you, Eventasaurus updates on its own and the status shows Charges enabled. If Settings says Setup Incomplete and asks you to finish, click Continue Setup to complete the missing steps in Stripe.

How do payouts work?

Payments go straight into your own Stripe account. You are the seller (merchant of record), and your ticket money never sits with us. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard schedule, which you can see and change in your Stripe dashboard.

Why can't buyers pay for my event?

Paid checkout needs a connected Stripe account with charges enabled. If buyers see "This organizer has not completed payment setup," go to Settings and finish connecting Stripe.

Can I disconnect Stripe?

Yes, in Settings under Payments with Disconnect Stripe Account. Paid sales stop until you connect again.

Tickets

How do I add ticket types like General, VIP or Student?

  1. Open your event (for a single event, Event & tickets in the left menu; for a festival session, click it in the schedule).
  2. In the Ticket Types section, click Add Ticket Type.
  3. Set the name, Price (USD), Description, Quantity Available, and optionally Sale Starts and Sale Ends.
  4. Save.

When an event has ticket types, buyers choose one of them instead of the flat ticket price.

Can one ticket admit more than one person?

Yes. Set Admits on a ticket type, for example 2 for a couple's ticket. The buyer gets one QR code per person, and each one uses a place in the room.

How do I limit how many tickets someone can buy?

On a ticket type, set the per order minimum and maximum. Separately, any single order is capped at 10 tickets.

Can I make a secret ticket type?

Yes. Tick Secret ticket type on the ticket type. It stays hidden until someone enters an access code that unlocks it. Create that code on the Promo Codes page and tick Access Code.

How do I stop online sales before the event starts?

Use Stop online sales on your festival's edit page (Overview, then Edit), or for a single event, Page & branding in the left menu. Choose when it starts, or 1, 2, 4 or 12 hours, or 1 or 2 days before. The default keeps selling, even after it starts.

How do I create a promo code?

  1. Click Promo Codes in the left menu, then New Promo Code.
  2. Enter the code and choose Percentage Off, Fixed Amount Off or Free (100% off).
  3. Optionally set Max Total Uses, Per Customer Limit, Valid From and Valid To, and which events or passes it applies to.
  4. Click Create Code.

What's an access code?

An access code is a promo code with Access Code ticked. It unlocks hidden events, hidden pass types and secret ticket types on your public page. Use Copy unlock link to share a link that applies the code automatically.

How do I give someone free tickets (comps)?

For tickets: go to Orders and click Comp tickets. Choose the ticket type, quantity, guest name and email, and click Issue comp tickets. For festival passes: go to Passes and click Issue comps on a pass type. Paste one person per line as "Name, email". Each person gets their pass by email. Comps have no charge and no fee, and they're marked as comps in your orders.

How does the waitlist work?

When an event sells out, its page shows Join the waitlist. You see everyone waiting on the Waitlist page in your dashboard. When a seat opens, click Email next in line to let the next person know.

How do I sell add-ons or merch with tickets?

  1. Click Add-ons in the left menu, then New add-on.
  2. Set the Name, Price ($), a Short description, How many you have, Max per order, and Sizes or options (comma-separated, like S, M, L, XL).
  3. Under Offered with, choose every event or only certain ones.
  4. Save, and make sure it's On sale.

Buyers see it in checkout. Add-on sales show on the Add-ons page, including what's Still to hand out.

How do I sell merch in person?

Open Merch Booth in the left menu, ideally on a phone. Under Sell, tap an item, then choose Collect cash or Card · QR. For card, the buyer scans a QR code with their own phone and pays with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Card payments need Stripe connected. Cash sales are recorded with no platform fee, and stock updates automatically.

How do buyers pick up merch they ordered online?

Festivals with merch on sale get a Shop on the public site. Online buyers get a pickup QR code. At the booth, open the Pick up tab, scan their pickup code, pass or ticket (or search by name or email), and hand it over.

Can I add a question at checkout?

Yes. On an event's edit form, fill in Checkout question. It's asked once per order, and answers appear on the Orders page and the door list.

Can I add a custom message to confirmation emails?

Yes. Your festival's edit page (or Page & branding for a single event) has Message in every confirmation email. A single event can also have its own extra message, added after the main one.

Festivals

What kinds of passes can I sell?

On the Passes page, click New Pass Type and choose a type:

  • Full Festival: every event across all days.
  • Day Pass: all events on the days you pick.
  • Category Pass: specific event types, like all yin and meditation.
  • Punch Pass: a set number of classes, used any time.
  • Custom: your own mix of days, categories and limits.

Can pass prices go up over time (early bird)?

Yes. Tick Use tiered pricing on a pass type and add tiers such as Early Bird, Regular and Late, each with its own price and dates or quantity. The public page shows the current price and when it changes.

How do I sell a bundle, like a pass with lodging or meals?

Fill in What's included (optional, for bundles) on the pass type, one item per line. The list shows on the public pass card, in the confirmation email and in My Tickets. Price the pass at the bundle total. You provide the lodging, meals and so on yourself.

Can pass holders get a discount on other tickets?

Yes. On the Passes page, use + Add passholder discount rule on a pass type. Choose a percentage or fixed amount, which events it applies to, and how it combines with promo codes: Best wins, Stacks with promo or Exclusive (no promo). Pass holders get it automatically when signed in.

Can I hide a pass and offer it only to some people?

Yes. Tick Hidden Pass Type. It won't show on the public page until someone uses an access code, which is useful for upgrades or special offers.

How do reservations work?

Pass holders can save a spot in a session with Reserve with pass, on the session page or right in the schedule. Reservations respect room capacity, the pass's rules and time conflicts. Attendees can cancel their own reservations. You see everything on the Reservations page.

How do I build my schedule?

Open your festival's sessions page (called Classes, Screenings, Performances or Events depending on festival type) and click Add Class (or the matching name). Set the name, time, venue, event type and presenters. Attendees can view the schedule as a board (one column per room, the default when you have more than one venue), a list, a timeline or a grid, filter it by type, and star sessions they don't want to miss (no sign-in needed; stars move to their account when they sign in).

What's the difference between event types and tags?

Each session has one event type, like Vinyasa & Flow or Documentary. Types have colors and appear in the schedule's Type filter. Tags are extra labels, and a session can have several, like Beginner Friendly or Outdoor. Tags appear in the Tags filter.

How do tags work?

Create tags on the Presenters page (or Films, Artists or Hosts) with the New tag name box. Then:

  • Tag a session: open it, click Edit, and pick tags in the Tags row. Use this for things about the class, like level or setting.
  • Tag a presenter: open the presenter and pick tags. Use this for things about the person, like Trauma-Informed.

A schedule tag filter shows sessions where the session or its presenter has that tag.

How do I add presenters, vendors and sponsors?

Use Presenters (or Films, Artists or Hosts), Vendors and Sponsors in the left menu, then the add button, such as Add Presenter. Add a photo, bio and links. Set visibility to visible, unlisted (reachable by link but not listed) or hidden.

When editing a session, pick presenters in the presenters box. Under each one is an optional Role on the public page, for example Teacher, Facilitator or Opening act. The session page uses that word in its heading. Without a role, it says "Your presenter" (or "Your host" for single events).

How do venues and room setups work?

Add venues under Venues with a total capacity. A venue can have several setups, for example "Yoga Mats: 100" and "Chairs: 200". When you create a session, pick the setup and its capacity fills in. A session can also override capacity directly.

How do I run a recurring show with many dates?

On your festival's sessions page, use Add dates. Pick one existing date to Copy from, choose the new dates and time slots, and decide when tickets go on sale (Right away or At a set time). Each new date copies the name, description, venue, capacity, type, presenters and ticket types.

How do I copy last season's festival?

On the festival Overview, click Duplicate. You get a new draft with the same venues, types, presenters, passes, add-ons and codes, and no orders or guests. Set Starts on to shift the dates, then click Create draft copy. Single events have a Duplicate button too.

Can I move someone's booking to another date?

Yes. On the Orders page, use Move date on the order and choose the new date. They keep the same QR codes and price and get a new confirmation email.

Orders and refunds

Where do I see my orders?

Click Orders in the left menu. You'll see totals (completed orders, gross revenue, platform fees, refunds) and every order with the buyer, items and status. Search by name or email. Use Export CSV to download them.

How do I refund an order?

  1. Go to Orders and find the order.
  2. Click Refund and choose Confirm Refund for the full amount, or Refund part instead to enter a smaller amount.

The money goes back to the buyer's card through Stripe, usually in 5 to 10 days. The tickets are released back to sale. Our fee is returned to you, fully or proportionally.

Can I cancel a free order?

Yes. Free orders show Cancel Order instead of Refund.

Where do I set my refund policy and contact email?

On your festival's edit page (Overview, then Edit), or Page & branding in the left menu for a single event, fill in Refund policy and Contact email for attendees. The policy shows at checkout, on your page and in confirmation emails. The contact email is shown publicly, and replies to your ticket emails go to it. You're the seller, so refunds are your call.

How do I cancel an event?

Open the event and click Cancel event. You'll see who's affected. Keep Refund all ticket orders in full ticked to refund everyone automatically, add an optional note, and confirm. The event comes off sale and shows as cancelled on your site, everyone is emailed, and pass reservations are released. The event is marked cancelled, not deleted.

What happens when I change an event's time or venue?

After you save, the event page asks "Let N attendees know about this change?" and shows what changed. Add an optional note and click Email N people, or click Don't notify. Nothing is emailed unless you choose to.

Can I transfer a pass to someone else for an attendee?

Yes. On Orders, each pass shows who holds it and has a Transfer pass link. Enter the new person's name and email. They get the pass by email and the old QR code stops working. Transfers are listed under Pass transfers. For tickets, open Who holds these tickets under the order: each ticket shows its holder and a Transfer link. Attendees can also transfer tickets themselves from My Tickets.

Emails and messages

How do I email my attendees?

Click Messages in the left menu. Write a Subject and Message in plain text, click Send me a test to check it, then Send to N people and Yes, send it. It goes to buyers and ticket and pass holders who haven't unsubscribed. Replies go to you.

Is there a limit on messages?

Yes, up to 2 messages a day per festival or event (counted by the day they send, in your festival's time zone), so attendees don't tune out. The event must be published before you can message attendees, but you can always send yourself a test.

Can I schedule a message for later?

Yes. On Messages, under When, choose Schedule for later and pick a date and time (in your festival's time zone, up to 90 days ahead). It goes to everyone with a ticket or pass at that moment, so people who buy in the meantime get it too. Scheduled messages are listed under Scheduled with a Cancel button until they go out. If your page is unpublished when the time comes, the message isn't sent.

Can I attach a file to a message?

Yes. Click Attach a file to add up to 3 files per message: PDFs or images (PNG, JPG, WebP), up to 10 MB each. They arrive as download links under your message, which keeps emails out of spam folders. A map, a parking guide or a program works well.

Do attendees get reminders?

Yes. The day before a festival or event starts, each attendee gets a reminder email with their tickets, reserved sessions and passes. It goes out from 7 AM in the event's time zone. For recurring shows, there's a reminder for each night.

Can attendees unsubscribe?

Yes. Messages and reminders include an unsubscribe link, and we honor it. Ticket confirmations, schedule changes and cancellations are still sent, since they're about something the person bought.

What email address do your emails come from?

Ticket and pass emails come from Eventasaurus, with your contact email as the reply address, so replies reach you.

Check-in at the door

How do I check people in?

Open Check-In in the left menu and click Open Scanner on a phone or tablet. Allow the camera, pick the event, and point it at each QR code. You'll see a clear result: checked in, already checked in, wrong event, or invalid.

What if someone doesn't have their QR code?

In the scanner, use manual search to find them by name or email and check them in. The Door List also lists everyone booked for a date, with a Check in button, searchable by name, email or order reference.

Does check-in work without internet?

Yes. The scanner downloads your guest list ahead of time and refreshes it every 3 minutes while online. If the signal drops, scans are checked against that list and saved, and they sync automatically when you're back online. Refunded or transferred tickets are rejected offline too.

Can I undo a check-in?

Yes. Recent check-ins on the Check-In page have an Undo button, and so does the door list.

How do I add door staff?

On the Check-In page, click Manage Staff, enter their email and click Invite. They get an email with a button that signs them straight in, no account or password needed. Any time later they can sign in at eventasaurus.app/login by choosing to get a sign-in link with that email. Staff can only use check-in and the Merch Booth. They can't see orders, buyer details or settings.

Can someone be staff for two organizations?

Not yet. One email address can belong to one organization for now. If your volunteer already runs their own events on Eventasaurus, invite them with a different email address.

What can the different team roles do?

  • Owner and Admin: everything, including editing, refunds, messages and settings.
  • Staff: check-in and the Merch Booth only.
  • Member: can view the dashboard but can't change anything.

Inviting other admins or members from the dashboard isn't available yet. Email support if you need it.

Image sizes

What size should my images be?

Bigger is fine: we resize for you. Smaller looks soft on big screens. Files can be up to 5 MB.

  • Banner: 2400 × 1000, JPG. Phones show only the middle of it, so keep faces, logos and words in the center.
  • Logo: 1024 × 1024, PNG with a see-through background. It's shown small in your page header, so a simple symbol reads best.
  • Flyer (single events): 1600 × 2000 (4:5), JPG. Shown whole, never cropped. Letter size and square flyers work too.
  • Share preview: 1200 × 630. This is the picture people see when your link is posted on Facebook or sent in a text. For now we use your banner (or your flyer if there's no banner).
  • Artist or presenter photo: 1000 × 1000, JPG. Cards show it a little taller (4:5), so the sides get trimmed. Keep the face in the middle.
  • Film poster: 1000 × 1500 (2:3), JPG.
  • Sponsor or vendor logo: 1000 × 1000, PNG with a see-through background, logo in the middle with space around it.
  • Add-on or merch photo: 1000 × 1000, JPG. Shown small at checkout: big product, plain background.

Is there a template I can use?

Yes. Download the image kit (a zip with one guide per image). Open a guide in Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Illustrator or Affinity, put your picture on a layer underneath, line it up with the dashed boxes, then hide the guide and export at the same size. The banner guide shows exactly what phones and computers keep.

Your website

Can I sell tickets on my own website?

Yes, and buyers never leave your site. Click Embed in the left menu. The Tickets Widget shows your ticket types (or passes) with prices and availability. Copy the snippet and paste it into your site. Buyers tap Buy, pick how many, enter their name and email, and pay in a window that opens over your page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link). Their QR codes show up right there and in their email. Keep the script line in the snippet: it opens payment on your page and sizes the widget to fit. Without it the widget still works and takes payment inside its own box. Just want a button? gives you a plain link to your Eventasaurus page instead.

Can my web designer build our own ticket design?

Yes. The Embed page has Your own design (for web designers): a live feed of every date, ticket type, price and seats left, plus one line of code that opens payment right on your page. Your designer draws everything (a seat picker, a calendar, anything), and Eventasaurus handles payment, tickets, emails and check-in. No API key needed. The full guide is at eventasaurus.app/developers.

Can I put my schedule or presenters on my website?

Yes. On the Embed page, copy the Schedule Widget or Presenters Widget. Both work on Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and most site builders. There are also Direct URLs if you'd rather link.

Does it work with WordPress or Squarespace?

Yes. Paste the snippet into an embed or HTML block on the page. The widget resizes itself to fit.

Connecting other tools (API)

Can a script, Zapier or an AI assistant work on my festival?

Yes, with an API key. Go to Settings → API keys, give the key a name (like "Zapier" or "Claude") and click Create key. Copy it right away: it's shown once. The key acts as you, with your permissions, and every change it makes appears in your festival's history. Owners and admins can create and revoke keys.

How do I use the API?

Send the key as Authorization: Bearer evs_live_… to https://eventasaurus.app/api/v1. The reference is at /api/v1/openapi.json. Times are in your festival's local time (like 2026-11-07T19:30) and prices are in dollars. New festivals made through the API start as drafts, and publishing, or changing passes, tickets or codes on a live festival, needs confirm: true.

Can I connect Claude (or another AI assistant) to my festival?

Yes. Eventasaurus has an MCP server at https://eventasaurus.app/api/mcp. MCP is the standard way AI assistants plug into apps. Make an API key under Settings → API keys, then add the server to your assistant. In Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor, the server entry is:

npx -y mcp-remote https://eventasaurus.app/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY"

Then just talk: "list my festivals", "add a 9 AM Vinyasa class in the Main Tent on Saturday with Ana", "how many weekend passes have we sold?". The assistant can only do what you can do, new festivals start as drafts, and it must ask you before publishing or changing prices on a live festival. Everything it changes shows in your festival's history. Connecting from the claude.ai website's "Add connector" screen isn't supported yet (it needs a sign-in flow we haven't built).

A key leaked. What do I do?

Go to Settings → API keys and click Revoke next to it. Anything using it stops working immediately. Then create a new one.

Is there a demo I can look at?

Yes. Visit eventasaurus.app/demos to see live demo festivals and events. Click Open the demo for the attendee side. Click Organizer view to look around a demo dashboard without signing up. It's view-only, and demos use the test card 4242 4242 4242 4242, so no real money moves.

For attendees

How do I buy a ticket?

Open the event page, choose your ticket and quantity, enter your name and email, and pay. Free tickets skip payment. You'll land on a confirmation page and get an email with your QR code right away.

Where are my tickets?

In your confirmation email, and on My Tickets (eventasaurus.app/my-tickets). From the confirmation page, click View my tickets & passes. Show the QR code at the door, on your phone or printed.

How do I sign in? I never made a password.

You don't need one. Go to the sign-in page and click Email me a sign-in link, enter the email you bought with, and click the link we send. You'll see all your tickets, passes and reservations in one place.

I didn't get my confirmation email.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. You can also open My Tickets and look up your order with your email and order reference, the 8-character code on your confirmation page. Or sign in with an email link. If it's still missing, contact the organizer using the email on the event page.

How do I reserve a class with my pass?

Sign in, open the schedule or a session page, and click Reserve with pass (or Add to schedule in the schedule). If you have more than one pass, pick which one. You can cancel a reservation the same way. Some passes have limits, like a number of classes or certain days.

Can I give my pass to someone else?

Yes. Sign in, go to My Tickets, and click Transfer pass on the pass. Enter their name and email. They get it by email, your QR code stops working, and anything you reserved with that pass is released. You can't transfer after the festival has ended.

Single tickets work the same way: click Transfer ticket on the ticket in My Tickets. Each ticket in an order can go to a different person. The new holder gets a new QR code by email and sees the ticket in My Tickets when they sign in with that email. Your copy shows "Transferred to" their name, without a QR code. Tickets that were already scanned at the door, or are for an event that has ended, can't be transferred.

How do I keep track of sessions I like?

Sign in and tap the star on any session to add it to your favorites. Use the Starred filter on the schedule to see only those. My Schedule on the festival site shows your tickets and reservations together.

Can I add events to my calendar?

Yes. Session pages have Add to calendar, with Google Calendar or a Download .ics file for Apple Calendar and Outlook. You can also add a festival's full schedule from the link on its schedule.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are up to the organizer, who is the seller and sets the refund policy. You'll find the policy on the event page and in your confirmation email. Reply to your confirmation email or use the organizer's contact email on the event page to ask. If an event is cancelled, the organizer usually refunds everyone, and you'll get an email either way.

Do I pay any extra fees?

No. You pay the ticket price shown. Eventasaurus doesn't add a service fee for buyers.

Why can't I get more free tickets?

To prevent abuse, one email can make up to 6 free registrations per day. Try again tomorrow, or contact the organizer.
